Home Owners Grant - Don't Forget to Claim It!

This is just a friendly reminder that you need to claim your Home Owner’s Grant even if your lender is paying your taxes for you.

You should have received your Property Tax Notice by now – just fill out the Home Owner’s Grant section of the form, sign it and send it to the City.

This is really important that you do this…In the past, I’ve had a few people forget and they had to pay a little penalty!! So stay out of the penalty box and make sure you claim your Home Owner’s Grant before the deadline.

And don’t forget, if you have any friends or family that are buying a home and need a mortgage or they are renewing or refinancing their existing mortgage, please refer them over to us.
